4. Hupunguza na kitibu shinikizo la damu.
5. Hupunguza uwezekano wa kupatwa na matatizo yatokonayo na kolesto.
6. Mazoezi hayo husaidia kupunguza uzito kwa kiwango kikubwa
7. Hupunguza uwezekano wa kupatwa na magonjwa ya shambulio la moyo.
